No, Moe’s gift cards never expire.

Are there any fees associated with Moe’s gift cards?
No, we never charge a service or administration fee on Moe’s gift cards. If you order a physical gift card online there may be applicable shipping charges.

Where can I purchase Moe's gift cards?
You can easily purchase both physical cards sent by mail or eGift Cards sent via email here. Gift cards are also available for purchase at most Moe’s restaurant locations.

Where can I redeem Moe's gift cards?
Moe's gift cards are currently redeemable at participating locations in the U.S. and on desktop and mobile online orders through order.moes.com. Gift card payment for app orders is not available at this time.

How much can I load onto a gift card?
Moe’s gift cards sold in Moe’s stores can be loaded for amounts between $5 and $100 and can be reloaded in-store to carry a maximum balance of up to $500. Moe’s gift cards sold on our website can be loaded for amounts between $10 and $200 and cannot be reloaded. Moe’s cards sold by third party retailers will vary and cannot be reloaded.

Do you offer any discounts on bulk gift card orders?
Moe’s gift cards make an ideal customer or employee reward and incentive! We do offer bulk discounts on orders starting as low as $500. Simply register for a bulk purchase account to begin buying in bulk and saving.

How can I redeem Moe's gift cards?
Moe's gift cards can be redeemed at participating Moe's locations by presenting your physical gift card, printed eGift Card or mobile device showing your mobile eGift card at the time of payment. Gift cards can also be redeemed for desktop and mobile online orders on order.moes.com. On the checkout screen under payment methods, there is an option to add a gift card. Enter the gift card number (removing any spaces) and PIN. Select add card so that it will be added as a payment method to check out with.

If my gift card does not have a PIN code, can I still redeem it online?
No, PIN codes are required for online redemption of gift cards. If your card does not have a PIN, you can redeem it in a restaurant location or request a replacement card by calling us at 877-663-7411.

Can I use Moe's Gift Cards to pay for a catering order?
No, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed toward for catering purchases at this time.

What should I do if my gift card balance is less than my order?
If your gift card balance is less than your order total, you may use an existing or new credit or debit card to cover any remaining balance at check out.

Can I get cashback or a refund for a Moe's gift card?
Moe's gift cards cannot be refunded, unless otherwise required by law. If your card balance falls below the requirement for cashback requirements in your resident state, please call us at 877-663-7411 and we are happy to assist with processing your request. Cashback requests are processed via check and can take up to 2-3 weeks to be received.

If I used my gift card to pay for a desktop or mobile online order that was later canceled or refunded, what happens to my gift card balance?
The amount paid by a gift card for a desktop or mobile online order will be credited back to the gift card account used for that order. If you did not save that gift card to your online ordering account and do not have a physical copy of that gift card, please call us at 877-663-7411 and we are happy to assist with issuing a replacement gift card.

What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards. However, if you have proof of purchase contact customer care at 877-663-7411 for assistance. With proof of purchase we may be able to locate your original card number, cancel it and issue you a new gift card for that value.

Do I earn Moe’s app Points when purchasing or redeeming gift cards?
No, you cannot earn points when you purchase a gift card, but you can earn points when you use a gift card as a form of payment.
